Guesthouse Malý Šišák is looking to your visit. It is located in the heart of beautiful nature of Krkonoše National Park and in the middle of Krkonoše mountain ridge with the border line between the Czech Republic and Poland. The road to the altitude of 1 155 metres will lead you through our famous mountain resort – Špindlerův Mlýn.

Guesthouse is built in the style of classic chalet and offers an accommodation in the rooms of different categories. Tatal capacity is 98 beds in 40 rooms with stylish wooden furniture, TV set with satellite reception and telephone set. When you return from a downhill course or a summer walk, blowed-cold by Krkonoše winds, pleasantly tired, with your head full of experiences of endless white trails and beautiful mountain scenery, you will definitely like to enjoy one of the relaxation services offered in the Malý Šišák guesthouse. In case that “Krakonoš” – the master of the mountains is in bad mood and covers his estates with thick fog or a blizzard, it is also the right time to use the wellness services or enjoy sports activities indoor. One of the features of Malý Šišák is mountain sauna, offering relaxation and romance in an uncommon natural atmosphere. In a separate building, on the edge of a forest, over the bubbling mountain stream, the natural regeneration of your body and mind, is awaiting you. Classic wellnes procedures such as whirlpool, solarium and massages are available in our wellness-center GABI, about 300 metres away from the guesthouse.

Guesthouse is built in the style of classic chalet and offers an accommodation in the rooms of different categories. Tatal capacity is 98 beds in 40 rooms with stylish wooden furniture, TV set with satellite reception and telephone set: 5 double rooms with possibility of an extra bed – Sat-TV, telephone set, refrigerator, little hall, own bathroom with shower in each room. unit-type rooms with two, three and four beds – Sat-TV, telephone set, refrigerator in the room or in the litle hall which is together with bathroom (with shower) shared by two rooms. Composition of these rooms: o       2 unit with double and triple room o       4 units with double and quadruple room o       1 unit with triple and quadruple room   single, double and triple rooms – Sat-TV, telephone set, refrigerator only in some of the rooms, wash-basin with running water in all of the rooms, common bathrooms (with shower) are located in the hallway.  The numbers of these rooms: o       1 single room o       14 double rooms o       6 triple rooms

Gastronomy

Buffet style breakfast is included in the price of accommodation. Furthermore, the guests can taste the local cuisine including specialties of Krkonoše. Half board or full board can be purchased. All the meals are served in the dining room with historic architecture and wood carvings. Krkonoše`s restaurant offers to the guests and walk-in tourists not only the local cuisine, but also pleasant time spent by enjoying a glass of Moravian wine and stunning view over the valley of the White Elbe and ridges of Kozí Hřbety (translated Goats backs).

Accessibility

by car – motorway No. 295 from Vrchlabí to Špindlerův Mlýn, then use the local road in direction to Špindlerův Mlýn, after that - local road in direction to Špindlerova bouda. Please note that entry to the KRNAP (Krkonoše National Park, www.krnap.cz), where Malý Šišák is located, is possible only with written authorization issued by the KRNAP.  Snow chains are necessary in winter! Capacity of the parking lot by the Malý Šišák guesthouse is limited particularly in winter. Therefore it is recommended to consider using the public transportation. by train – railway station Vrchlabí, from there take bus to Špindlerův Mlýn, then take local bus all the way to bus stop - Malý Šišák (in direction Špindlerův Mlýn – Špindlerova bouda, the last bus departs at 4:30 p.m.). by bus – bus station Špindlerův Mlýn, then take local bus all the way to bus stop - Malý Šišák  (in direction Špindlerův Mlýn – Špindlerova bouda, the last bus departs at 4:30 p.m.).

Additional info

All the rooms and also other areas of the guesthouse are non smoking. Small pets up to 10 kilograms are welcomed (for fee).
