Welcome to the family hotel Dvůr pohody ! Its historical building with entrance gamble (half-timbered house) that has been carefully reconstructed would fascinate you in the first view. It was built in 1800 and recalls undescribeable atmosphere of so called „old good times“ (Belle Epoque), i. e. the time when the matters in the world were not so hectic and fussy. Almost everyone dreams or once had a dream to have such a nice coziness and relax. Come and find out yourself that such place is still existing ! Our family hotel is suitable especially for sports-oriented and active guests and groups as well as families with children. Its comfort is appreciated also by individual tourists or couples who look for privacy and rest. It is suitable also for closed private events, eg. family celebrations or company training or team-building actions. You can make the best of our services for advantageous prices.

Behind side-building there is a 17-meter long swimming pool with ant-stream device. Round the hotel there is a large children´s playground with a small lake, trampoline, swings, mini-golf and sand-pit. Sun-terrace with sunshades, outdoor-grill and outdoor fireplace is also available. During your stay you can have a relax at finnish sauna, various kinds of massages can be ordered, too. For your children there is well-equipped children´s room on the ground floor of the main building next to the hall. The fitness room is available in the second building. The groups up to 10 persons can train here – eg. Pilates exercise and Joga. The second building has one barrier-free room for two persons and 2 large appartements with own kitchen and large bathroom for 5-6 persons. The main building offers 8 rooms for 2-4 people, all of them equipped with own bathroom, toilet, satelite TV and wi-fi. On the floor there is PC with internet connection. Our receptionists are always willing to provide relevant information and advice to you on possibilities of trips, sports and cultural tips. They are ready to make their best to ensure you feel well and enjoy the unique atmosphere and surrounding, beautiful nature, nice towns and charming villages !

On each floor there is one PC with internet connection.   Side-building Ground floor: fitness studio with large mirror, cloakrooms (men, women), 1x barrier-free room for 2 persons. First floor: 2x appartements for 4-5 persons (own kitchen, bathroom equipped with large bath, toilet, satelite TV, wi-fi).

Gastronomy

Our extended continental breakfasts, lunches and dinners are served at spacious hall in the main building. For evening time there is a comfortable small wineroom with original vaults or you can sit at the hall with fireplace. We do not cook lunch-meals and dinners but at your order we reserve it at near-by well-known restaurants and serve it at our hotel. You can make a choice from traditional Czech cousine, Italian meals (pizza, pasta), Asian specialities or dishes at your special wish (vegetarian ones, etc.). At hot summer days everyone appreciates sitting at the terrace with served traditional Czech cold drinks (Pilsner beer, wine, etc.) and refreshments.

Favourable location of our hotel in borderland of 3 neighbouring countries in Central Europe (Czech Republic, Germany, Poland) provides many possibilities to go for trips and excursions as well as many kinds of sports activities including excitements, cultural events and entertainment. The surrounding areas of Lausatian mountains/Zittauer Gebirge, Bohemian-Saxonian Switzerland and Šluknov region have all of that you look for your holiday: hills/peaks enabling fascinating views on the surrounding landscape with numerous outlook-towers deep forests, rivers with romantic valleys (Elbe,Nisa, Kamenice) splendid towns with many architectural jewels, monuments, squares and other places of interest numerous sights and historical monuments (castles, chateuas, monasteries,churches and chaples, other technical sights) museums and exhibitions well preserved timbered and half-timbered houses, buildings and cottages representing building style of original inhabitants (Czechs, lausatian Sorbs, Polish) as well as German settlers.

The trend of our era, symbol of healthy life-style is active spending of holidays and a free-time of people. Among various sports-arts the most popular ones are cycling, hiking in wild nature or Nordic walking. Important is that this trend related to all age-categories ! The location of our hotel represents an ideal place for various cycling trips, eg. alongside Mandava to Germany, the way of which goes through picturesque area of half-timbered houses and cottages. There is well-developed and marked network of cycling routes and paths enabling you to enjoy your trip to lausatian mountains with all their peaks, heights and hills. In winter there are very good opportunities for down-hill, cross-country skiing and snow-boarding, sledging (toboggan), skating and other winter sports. Although Lausatian mountains do not belong to the highest ones, you find well-prepared slopes and running ski-paths (trails) of various difficulties for skiers here. For the most demanding skiers there are possibilities of trips to the Giant mountains (Krkonoše) or Jizerské hory, both ones are not far off. Many of you prefer exciting experience such as wild downhill slopes for mountain-bikers o scooters, rafting on Elbe or Nisa rivers, canoeing, cable-centres, bob-sleigh trails, ballooning or paragliding. Others would rather like to play golf and enjoy fascinating views to the surrounding natural sceneries.
