There are 3 excellent restaurants, 3 daytime bars and 1 night bar, modern conference facilities and luxury boutiques. The hotel is incomparable for its wide range of treatments in 14 different medical specialties, including Spa Suites, the unique concept of private treatment, with more than 250 types of treatments at the Spa & Wellness facility area of over 3500 m2.

The Carlsbad Plaza is the first 5star spa & wellness hotel in Karlovy Vary, opened in December 2005. Hotel Carlsbad Plaza is located in the quiet ambience of the spa zone, in the vicinity of the spa facility Lázně I. (Spa I). Introducing a completely new and unique concept of treatment at the Carlsbad Plaza Hotel in Karlovy Vary - The “All inclusive“ treatment program in Spa Suites. New facilities were built to provide these services, the facilities meet the highest standards of care and spa for clients while at the same time offering the luxury, comfort and tranquility needed for relaxation.

The New Spa Suites, i.e. medical suites,  consist of several rooms each totaling an area of approximately 50 m2 and  include a private bathroom, rooms with multifunctional bathtubs for all types of baths, a massage area, a relaxation area with deck chairs and a TV. The Spa Suites (with rare exceptions) provide a large variety of treatments for two clients in suite category rooms and at times specifically reserved for clients.

The Hotel Carlsbad Plaza continues to provide classic spa treatments in the Medical Spa Gallery (for clients accommodated in single and double rooms and junior suites), as a result of the opening of the new Spa Suites these guests can experience a more relaxed environment and more flexibility even during the busiest periods.

Clients staying in two-room apartments (i.e. the from Carlsbad Suite to Presidential Suite categories) can benefit from the new Spa Suites which are for up to two people staying in these apartments. A third party staying in the apartments (therapeutic program FBT / HBT on extra bed) will be treated in the Medical Spa Gallery. The main advantages of The New Spa Suites treatment compared to treatments in the Medical Spa Gallery:  -All procedures are provided in one place and guests will no longer have to move from one area to another for treatments. -All procedures are provided during one time slot. -All procedures are provided by the same personnel. -Patients have maximum individual care. -Clients have maximum privacy during procedures. -Procedures are provided during a limited time spent in the Spa Suite and according to the medical condition of the patient, all procedures during a 2.5 hour period of treatment are included. This new treatment concept  allows our guests the opportunity and time to plan further activities in Karlovy Vary and its surroundings, thanks to the consolidation of time whereby procedures are provided simultaneously to two guests per suite. Treatments in the Spa Suites are provided daily from Monday to Friday in two and a half hourly intervals for both clients per suite and at the same time. And all of this, so that we can offer our guests the ultimate in luxury and comfort.
The cost of the “All Inclusive“ Treatment Program in Spa Suites is included in the “Spa rate“ – in the 2nd part of the price list for the year 2014 at the Hotel Carlsbad Plaza.
The additional purchase of an “All inclusive“ program by clients not staying in a to two-room apartment is currently not possible.

Accommodation - rooms

Princess - Princess rooms are facing the garden area. The bathroom is equipped with shower and a separate toilet with bidet. Size of rooms is minimum 22 sq meters. Queen - Queen Single rooms measure minimum 21sq meters and provide view on the garden. The bathroom is equipped with shower or tub. Comfort - All rooms are located on the 8th and therefore the top floor of the hotel. Rooms are facing the quiet garden area and are equipped with a King bed. Size is minimum 22sq meters. Comfort Plus - Rooms located on 4th to 7th floor with balcony or terrace and view on garden area. Size of rooms minimum 24sq meters. Bathroom equipped with tub or shower. Superior - All rooms are located on 8th floor and therefore top floor. View on quiet garden area. Bathrooms are equipped with bathtub. Minimum size of 30sq meters. Superior Plus - The rooms are located on 4th to 7th floor. The rooms have balcony or terrace and face the garden. The bathroom is equipped tub. Twin beds are available on request. Minimum size of 30sq meters Excellent - Rooms located on 2nd to 5th floor, minimum size is 32sq meters and the rooms are facing the lovely spa area of the town. Bathrooms are equipped with tub, separate toilet and bidet. Supreme - All Supreme rooms have beautiful view either over the garden or the spa area. The bathrooms are equipped with tub, separate toilet and bidet. Minimum size is 38sq meters. Business - -Rooms are located on 2nd floor and have view on spa area. Office corner in rooms have fax, free internet and PC. Bathrooms have tub, separate toilet and bidet. Minimum size is 41sq meters. Junior Suite - One room Suite with living and sleeping area of min 46sq meters. King size bed or Twin on request. Suite faces the beautiful spa area of the town. The bathroom has tub, separate toilet and bidet Carlsbad Suite - The Suite consists of 2 rooms: one bedroom with King size bed and the comfortable living area, min 64sq meters. The luxurious bathroom is equipped with tub, separate toilet and bidet. The view is on the beautiful spa area Splendid Suite - Suite faces the Spa area and consists of 1 bedroom and 1 living room. The ceiling of the Suite is decorated with beautiful stucco. The bathroom has tub and shower, separate toilet and bidet. Minimum size is 64sq meters. Wellness Suite - Consisting of 1 bedroom and 1 living room, the Suite has a beautiful bathroom with Sauna, Whirlpool and other luxurious equipment. The Suite of min 94sq meters faces the charming spa area. Exclusive Suite - The Suite consists of 1 bedroom and a large living and dining room with kitchenette. Further a dressing room and a luxurious bathroom with tub, shower and other equipments are offered to the guest. Minimum size is 115sq meters. Moser Crystal Suite - On 165 luxurious sq meters 1 bedroom with extra large King bed is located, as well as 1 large living room and kitchenette, bathroom with sauna, whirlpool and more, walk in wardrobe and 1 single bedroom with private bathroom.  

Gastronomy

Carlsbad Plaza offers its guests three Restaurants: An international grand buffet restaurant, the 'Sorrento', an Asian restaurant 'Sweet Orient' and a French gourmet restaurant with a French Chef at 'La Boheme'.
