This main spa building was built in the year 1910 by the Wiener architect Bauer in Art Niveau style and after complete redevelopment, it offers totally 246 beds in single bed and double bed rooms. Totally 15 comfortable apartments, 48 double bed and 35 single bed rooms are equipped with the shower or bathroom and toilette, TV-SAT, telephone and balcony. There is a minibar in some of the rooms. Entrance to the building, one room and hydrotherapy rooms and are adapted for handicapped guests. Reception with non-stop service, 3 elevators, totally 3 dinning rooms with 248 places, daily bar, dancing café, ambulance, treatment room, indoor swimming pool with whirlpool, 2 hydrotherapy devices, electrotherapy, functional laboratory in which heart circulatory and air passages disorders can be examined, solarium, beauty and pedicure centre, billiards and other assembly premises are in the building. It might be said that the guests accommodated in this building have almost everything under one roof.
