Die Hütte befindet sich im Oberteil der Gemeinde Benecko, ca. 100m von Oberstationen von haupten Skiliften (auch Viersessellift) des Skiareals Benecko. Über der Hütte gibt es das kleine Berghotel "Lesní Zátiší", das ganzjährig zugänglich ist. Die Hütte liegt an einem ruhigen Ort fast inmitten einer kleineren Piste. 100m von der Hütte gibt es einen Wald. Von der Hütte gibt es eine schöne Aussicht in die Umgebung, man kann auch die Burgruine Trosky, den Berg Ještěd usw. sehen. Unterkunft in 5 Zimmer - 2x mit fünf Betten, 3x mit vier Betten, in jedem Zimmer gibt es ein Küchlein mit Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Kochkanne und Kocher, Bad mit WC, TV. Die Möglichkeit der Vermietung vom Appartement im Erdgeschoss - nächste 6 Betten. Zur Verfügung stehen ein grosser Gesellschaftsraum mit einem Kamin, Tischfussball, Pfeilen, TV 107cm, Wi-Fi, Wirbelbecken, Sauna, + eine grosse gut ausgestattete Küche neben dem Gesellschaftsraum. Bei der Hütte gibt es einen Parkplatz für 9 Pkw, einen kleinen Grassportplatz, 8m Schwimmbad, Tischtennis, Feuerstätte, Grill, Terrasse, für Kinder ein kleines Baumhaus.
